Every submission is recorded with a timestamp the server sets, checked for duplicates, and reviewed by a person. You can see the status and the reason at every step.

What this does not do

Submitting does not award tokens. It creates a record, and the reward only becomes approved if a reviewer verifies it against the published criteria.
