What this website does not do
- No account registration and no login.
- No wallet connection, signature request or transaction — browsing this site never asks for any of these.
- No contact form. It is deliberately switched off because no destination address and no secure submission mechanism have been configured yet.
- No first-party cookies, and no browser storage used to identify you.
- No advertising pixels, no third-party analytics and no tracking scripts embedded by us.
What is processed when you visit
Serving a page requires basic technical handling. The request itself — typically including your IP address, the pages requested and your browser's user agent — passes through our hosting provider so that the site can be delivered and abuse prevented. This is standard for any website.
We do not build profiles from this information, do not use it to advertise to you and do not sell it. If our hosting provider retains short-lived technical logs for security and reliability, that retention is governed by the provider's own policy.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies of its own and does not use browser storage to identify you or to track you across other sites.
If anything is added later that sets a cookie, or that embeds a third-party service which processes data, this policy and the list above will be updated before it is enabled, consent controls will be added where the law requires them, and the specific provider and the data it processes will be named.
Wallets, keys and connection
We never ask for a seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key or wallet recovery words, and no one legitimately needs them to help you. Reading public information about a token does not require connecting a wallet, and this website does not connect to your wallet or ask you to sign anything.
If you ever choose to sign a transaction on a third-party site, everything you approve there is outside the control of this website.
Blockchain data
Blockchain records are public and effectively permanent. If you interact with any token, that interaction is visible on-chain to anyone who looks, and no one — including KLEAR — can delete it or make it anonymous again. That is a property of the blockchain itself, not of this website.
Links to other services
This website links to external services, beginning with the official X account and, when they are published, blockchain explorers and any confirmed trading venue. Following one of those links takes you onto someone else's service, governed by their terms and their privacy practices.
We do not control those services and cannot speak for how they handle your data. Read their policies before using them.
Your rights
Data protection law gives you rights over personal data held about you, including the following:
- Access to the personal data held about you.
- Correction of data that is inaccurate.
- Erasure of data that is no longer needed.
- Restriction of, or objection to, certain processing.
- Portability of data you provided.
Because this website does not collect personal data itself, there is generally nothing here for those rights to act on. They will apply to anything collected once a contact channel is configured, and the operator, contact address and jurisdiction for exercising them will be published in the block above before that happens.
Complaints
If you are in the UK, you have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) about how personal data has been handled. Local supervisory authorities in other jurisdictions provide an equivalent route.
A confirmed complaint route for this project has not yet been published, because the responsible operator has not been confirmed.
Retention
Nothing on this website currently creates a record about you that we store, so no retention period applies to data collected here. Any technical logs held by our hosting provider are short-lived and kept for security and reliability purposes.
When a contact channel is configured, a retention period will be stated here before it goes live.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated before anything on this website begins collecting data, setting cookies or embedding third-party services. A revision date will be added at that point.
There is no revision date shown today because no revision has occurred — this is the first published version, and the effective date above has not yet been confirmed by the operator.
