Pre-launch

Missions are open and submissions are reviewed. No token exists yet, so no reward can be transferred.

Programme rules

Programme rules

The rules, in plain language.

These are the terms of the KLEAR rewards programme: what qualifies, what is checked, what is capped, and what is deliberately left unstated because it has not been confirmed.

Version 1.0 · contact: not yet published

Summary

Three things worth reading twice

Tokens, not cash

Rewards are paid in KLEAR tokens. They have no guaranteed monetary value.

Reviewed, not automatic

A submission is a record, not an award. A person reviews it, and the reason for every decision is published back to you.

Pre-launch today

No token exists yet. Approved rewards are reserved and visible, and no transfer is simulated in the meantime.

Full terms

Programme rules

1. Programme operator and contact

  • Operator identity and contact: Not yet published — this is completed only after review, never guessed.
  • The rules version in force is 1.0. A change of version is published here with its date.

2. Eligibility

  • You need an account with a verified email address to submit evidence, track decisions or claim a reward. Reading the missions and these rules needs no account at all.
  • Age requirements and any geographical restrictions: Not yet published — this is completed only after review, never guessed.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts used to take a reward twice are a breach of these rules and are cancelled under section 13.

3. Missions and what qualifies

  • Each mission states its exact reward, its frequency limit, the evidence required and how it is checked. Those terms are visible before you begin, and they are not changed after you have started.
  • Constructive criticism is eligible. No mission requires a positive opinion, and no mission rewards one. Honest, accurate factual content is always allowed — including content that is critical of the project.
  • Missions that pay for promotion require a disclosure (section 16). Missions designed to be free never require a purchase.

4. Evidence

  • A public link is the evidence that can be checked. A screenshot is supporting material only, because screenshots can be edited.
  • Uploaded files are stored privately and are visible to the reviewer and to you. They are not published.
  • The same link cannot be submitted twice for the same mission, and an identical file or link used by another account raises a moderation flag for a person to review.

5. Reward amounts and caps

  • All amounts are KLEAR tokens — never pounds, dollars or SOL. Every mission has its own per-account limit, and the campaign as a whole has a hard cap administered on the server.
  • The confirmed campaign budget is 1,000,000,000 KLEAR. It is a maximum allocation, not a promise that all of it will be distributed.
  • Rewards are approved only while the remaining budget can cover them. Approval is refused, not overdrawn.

6. Review and appeals

  • Every submission is reviewed by a person. You are told the decision and, where a submission is rejected or returned, the reason.
  • You may appeal a rejection, a return or a cancellation once, in writing, from the submission itself. A different reviewer decides the appeal where practical.
  • A rejected submission's evidence cannot be resubmitted unchanged. New evidence for a new mission attempt is judged on its own merits.

7. Daily missions, resets and streaks

  • Daily missions reset at 00:00 UTC. Eligibility is decided on the server against the UTC date, so changing a device clock, refreshing, clearing cookies or creating duplicate submissions cannot produce a second daily reward.
  • Streak bonuses are fixed, not multipliers: 3 days +500 KLEAR, 7 days +2,000 KLEAR, 14 days +5,000 KLEAR, 30 days +15,000 KLEAR. Each is awarded once per account, ever.
  • Streak bonuses may be paused or retired for future periods with notice. A bonus already approved is never removed.

8. Competitions

  • Criteria, dates, prizes and the tie-breaking rule are published before an entry period opens, never afterwards.
  • Judging considers genuine reach, relevance, originality, accuracy and quality. Repost counts and impressions are never the sole measure.
  • Provisional standings are published separately from final verified results. Where public analytics cannot be checked, the metric is marked unverified rather than estimated.

9. Distribution conditions and pre-launch status

  • KLEAR has not launched and no token has been deployed. Approved rewards are recorded and reserved; they are not transferable yet.
  • After launch, claims require a confirmed token mint address and an authorised distribution mechanism. Until both exist, the claim interface stays closed rather than simulating a transfer.
  • An approved allocation is not an on-chain transfer. A transfer exists only when a confirmed transaction signature is recorded.

10. No guaranteed value

  • KLEAR tokens have no guaranteed monetary value, no guaranteed liquidity, no guaranteed exchange listing and no guaranteed appreciation or profit. Nothing in this programme is a financial promotion, an investment recommendation or a promise of return.
  • No price is displayed anywhere on this programme, because no verified market price exists to quote.

11. No purchase, no deposit

  • No mission requires you to buy KLEAR tokens or any other token, to send SOL, or to provide liquidity. Anyone asking for a payment to release a reward is not operating this programme.
  • Rewards are never given for buying the token, generating trading volume or making price predictions.

12. Keys, wallets and personal data

  • The programme never asks for, and must never receive, a seed phrase, private key or password. Only a public Solana address is collected, and only at claim time.
  • Data collected: a display name, your account email, an X handle where a mission needs one, and — at claim time — a public wallet address. A country declaration is collected only where the published rules require one.
  • Date of birth, residential address, identity documents and financial information are not collected by default. If a legal or fraud assessment ever requires more, it happens through a separate, explained process with its own notice and retention period.
  • Evidence files are stored privately and are not published unless you explicitly agree.

13. Prohibited conduct

  • No bots, purchased engagement, fabricated followings, duplicate accounts, stolen or unlicensed content, or coordinated artificial demand.
  • No false statements about the token, its price, its safety, its liquidity or its launch status, and no fabricated testimonials or undisclosed paid endorsements.
  • A submission that breaches these rules is cancelled, and repeated breaches can end participation. Where a breach is found after approval, the reward is cancelled and the reason recorded.

14. Intellectual property

  • You keep ownership of what you create. By submitting, you confirm you created it, that you have the right to submit it, and that KLEAR may review it and — only with your agreement — reference or share it.
  • Submissions that infringe someone else's rights are rejected.

15. Promotional disclosure

  • If your content promotes KLEAR and you may receive tokens for it, you must disclose that. A short example: “KLEAR token reward programme participant.”
  • Required disclosures under applicable advertising and financial-promotion rules are the participant's responsibility, and the programme will not ask you to hide the incentive.

16. Privacy and retention

  • Your submissions, review decisions and reward records are kept so that decisions can be explained and audited, and so a claim can be honoured.
  • Retention period and deletion process: Not yet published — this is completed only after review, never guessed.
  • You can ask for your account details to be corrected, and for deletion subject to records that must legally be kept.

17. Complaints

  • A complaint can be raised through the appeal route on the submission itself, or through the contact route published with the programme operator.
  • Every appeal and its outcome is recorded in an audit trail, with the date and the reason.

18. Tax and governing law

  • Tax responsibility: you are responsible for any tax arising from receiving tokens in your own jurisdiction. Not yet reviewed by a qualified professional. Nothing on this page claims legal approval.
  • Governing law and jurisdiction: Not yet published — this is completed only after review, never guessed.

19. Status of these rules

  • Not yet reviewed by a qualified professional. Nothing on this page claims legal approval. These rules describe how the programme actually operates in this software; they are not a claim of regulatory approval or of compliance with any specific regime.
  • Where a required detail is unknown, this page says so rather than filling the gap with a plausible answer.
